Hello all,

Maybe one of you can offer one of the following options, and there is someone who needs my help.

1) Land located in the South of Spain available for 1 year trial

2) Land located in the South of Spain, with additional land surrounding my land where I will grow food for 1-4 persons who cannot physically do this work. These persons will also finance the purchase of a male and female donkey, solar power system and other small items, all together approx. 5.000 euro

2) Land located in Mexico, including airline ticket, paperwork, purchase of weapons, fund for medical expenses, 100 euro per month, with additional land surrounding my land where I will grow food for 1-4 persons who cannot physically do this work. These persons will also finance the purchase of a male and female donkey, solar power system and other small items, all together approx. 5.000 euro

3) Land located in Paraguay, including payment of residencia, without need to get mRNA vaccine, airline ticket, purchase of weapons if legally possible, fund for medical expenses, 100 euro per month, with additional land surrounding my land where I will grow food for 1-4 persons who cannot physically do this work. These persons will also finance the purchase of a male and female donkey, solar power system and other small items, all together approx. 5.000 euro

I live by myself in isolation and only speak when needed. Meaning if you dislike the rules that people like the Amish or Mennonites have: They have nothing on my way of life, with is very specific.

This means, that all work needed from me I should be able to do by myself, I would drop off cultivated food for example at the fence at a specific time.

I do not grow foods which I deem to be unhealthy for human consumption, like grains, nor cultivate food for people who consume alcohol, smoke or use drugs.

Other work which I can do is installing off grid power systems, painting, water harvesting landscapes.
When it comes to eco houses for others, I can make designs and organize materials, after which a crew would have to come in and built it. I can observe and correct this process on a daily basis, but not supervise it.

I see that there are various capitalist projects which received free land from religious organizations for example.
I see no need to explain here what I do for humanity/what charity projects I do, because I am not looking to be bowed down at.

Simply put, if you have land, and have no use for it and/or need my help. It is welcome.

Requirements:
- At least 10.000 m2 of land, of which at least 3.000 m2 should be fully south-facing and private, meaning not visible for people hiking or neighbors, and fenced in. Available for the rest of my life

- Ideally, no snow in winter and under 1.000 meters altitude

- Clean air

- Clean water, from a year-round private water source, ideally at least spring water, with at least 1.000 liters available per day, for watering the garden. Ideally 2 water sources, ideally spring and well water, for redundancy and on a gravity feed without the need to pump water upwards to the area for cultivation and living. Please indicate of the capacity of the water tank and/or balsa

- Area with most of the time blue skies, not clouds, and around 400-600 mm of rainfall per year falling over a minimum amount of months

- Building a house with built-in solar heating and earth cooling

- Only the subtle sounds of the birds and wind, not the sounds of man: No airplanes, helicopters or drones flying over regularly. No barking dogs, roosters, strimmers, chainsaws, tractors, motorbikes, cars or wind turbines etc.

- No roads on which other people drive within kilometers

- No people visiting, hikers or hunters

- Property has no history with law enforcement or robbers

- Property is not currently in a legal dispute

- At least 1 hour walking from the nearest neighbors, maximum 2 hours walking from the nearest bus stop, and ideally a small shop for vegetables and other items

- No nearby mobile phone or wifi masts. Is there mobile phone signal? Wimax? Wifi signal? 2G/3G/4G?

- Forest next to the land for the woodstove, ability to grow biomass

- Located directly next to a natural reserve, more or less a guarantee that the situation will stay the same in the future

- A small wooden or stone hut, also located in the area for food cultivation with maximum sunlight exposure

About me:

Limitations:

All of which I can live with and are manageable in a quiet place. The State does not help me, even though they caused and facilitate these dis-eases.

FYI: Private gun ownership is illegal in Mexico. And even though many parts of Mexico look remote--there's no place where you will not have people hiking or herding across your land. Maybe you are unawares, but hundreds of thousands of people continue to trek north across Mexico saying off the main roads for the most part. And Mexico experienced remote schooling for nearly two full years, so in order to support rural children, they have increased the number of cell towers ten fold since March of 2020. There used to be large swaths of Mexico with no cell reception. Now, if you can't get a signal you usually only have to walk several yards until you do.

So you should cross number 2 off your list.

Thank you.
I found out yesterday that weapons are insanely expensive in Mexico and that it is difficult to obtain them (only 1 shop, apparantly).

I am not sure if you are correct that they are illegal, there are many sources claiming differenty.

Spain and Paraguay are left, and always were my top options. Mexico was solely based climate+overstay penalties, it wasn't exactly my first option anyway.

FYI: I will not respond to messages on this forum from now on, as mentioned email only and only in case that you can provide what I need, and need what I can provide.
