Hi Everyone,

This is Grace Gershuny, author of several books on soil and composting (Rodale Press & Chelsea Green), and most recently, Organic Revolutionary: A Memoir of the Movement for Real Food, Planetary Healing, and Human Liberation, available from Black Rose Books (https://blackrosebooks.com/products/gershuny-organic-revolutionary?variant=37569093599404). You can also check out my website (www.organicrevolutionary.com) for other titles as well as a series of commentaries and links to interviews and reviews. I haven't updated the site for some time, and frankly am tired of the same old arguments within the organic community -- still doing some organic inspection work to pay the bills, but otherwise happy to retreat into the background as a movement elder.

Right now I'm preparing for another round of my on-line class, co-taught with Brian Tokar, on Food & Climate Justice through the Institute for Social Ecology, starting 10/23 and running weekly through 12/11. (https://social-ecology.org/wp/courses/food-and-climate-justice/)

Also deeply involved in my community in northeastern Vermont, developing a community land trust and preparing to build a new age-in-place friendly home next door on my 10 acre homestead. Eager to design the permaculture landscape of my dreams, and find the right young people to move in and help implement it, as well as assisting me and my partner as we decline.

If any of this is of interest to you, please do get in touch.

Thanks!
