The DEWALT 20V MAX Pruning Shears Garden Tool, Cordless, Bare Tool Only (DCPR320B)
is an expensive ($115 tool), and you'll have to get or already have a Dewalt 20v  battery and a charger.

I got it so that my Mom and Wife could repeatedly cut vines and small branches without stress on their joints.
And I mean repeatedly. It is advertised as getting over a thousand cuts per battery, that seems accurate.
Try operating a manual pruner a thousand times- that will stress anyone's joints and muscles. This tool only
requires you to bear the weight of the tool and battery. It weights 3 pounds without the battery.  My
Mom particularly likes that it doesn't require a lot of grip strength to operate.

In the pictures below, I have a big 5amp hour battery on it. You could use a 2 amp hour battery and save a lot of weight.

It cuts like a champ. Blades can be re-sharpened or replaced eventually.

Although I purchased it for their use, I really like that I can use it in dense blackberry vine thickets without the risk of lashing thorns cutting me. It also allows me to clear in tight without any swinging room, and to cut precise lengths of material to fit into my biochar retort.

Pics are of it cutting thick blackberry vine, much tougher spruce  limbs, and the difference that it can make in 5 easy
minutes in a blackberry vine thicket I am clearing out for a chicken coop.

A great tool. Expensive,  but well worth it if you need or want an alternative to manual cutting methods.

Note- you can save money  by buying the various highly rated generic 20v batteries/chargers that are compatible with Dewalt on Amazon.

Happy cutting!
