permaculture specialist in Arizona?

Hello, I am having problems finding someone to get a estimate on designing my property in permaculture. I am trying to wrap my head around the whole permaculture idea....but dont have enough brain space. Where can I look. I have not been every successful with contacting the permaculture intitute in new mexico. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks
