So hi again!

To make a long story shorter, our landlord has decided to sell the house we are renting, and we are looking to buy our own place in the very near future.
Our company has a good customer base in the Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, etc. surrounding areas.

Any land of 1.5+ acres within 3 hours - typical travel, not rush hour - of Philadelphia, though preferably in PA, with a well, and any building in livable condition for two and some critters meets our minimum requirements. Other niceties: established fruit or nut trees or other food plants, and rich soil, along with outbuildings, and flexible building codes, but those are wishful thinking. Aside from that, we're in the beginning phase of our search for a place to call home.

We will have a substantial down payment on a modestly priced property, or a modest down payment... oh you get the idea!

If you have or know of anyone looking for a good set of caretakers for land they love, but must leave, and it meets at least the above minimum conditions, please send me a private message! Thanks a million.
