We need a Grounds keeper and 2 garden helpers on our permaculture homestead

We are looking for a resident Grounds keeper/builder for our Permaculture Eco Retreat in Maine. We are looking for someone very permaculture skilled in the area of building roads and buildings to live on our 130 acre homestead in exchange for work to expand and maintain the eco retreat we are creating. We have an underground home and a chalet that I built along with big gardens. We wish to build small rental cabins and a medium sized one as well.
