Probably UV. The way that "white" light is made with LEDs is to have a (usually) deep blue emitter striking a fluorescent surface that emits "white" light. Wikipedia shows a typical spectrum of such an LED:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light-emitting_diode#White_light

The spectrum of the Philips "A-shape" (the funny bulbs with yellow glass parts) is here:
http://www.lighting.philips.com/pwc_li/us_en/connect/tools_literature/downloads/EnduraLED_A19-110726_2.pdf

Unfortunately, it too has a peak in the deep blue range.

Halogen bulbs also have a high UV emission and are therefore put behind UV blocking glass. Perhaps some filter will be developed for LEDs.

There were millions of the little blood suckers. But thanks to this tiny ad, I wasn't bitten once.
