Probably UV. The way that "white" light is made with LEDs is to have a (usually) deep blue emitter striking a fluorescent surface that emits "white" light. Wikipedia shows a typical spectrum of such an LED:

Unfortunately, it too has a peak in the deep blue range.
Halogen bulbs also have a high UV emission and are therefore put behind UV blocking glass. Perhaps some filter will be developed for LEDs.
