Acquiring 9.3 acres of raw land in green valley, az. Close to civilization but apart.
Shared well, electricity if desired or not.
Anything goes here, no restrictions.
I will be subdividing and selling about 3.5 acres and live on the other 6 acres to do as I/we please.
Looking for help and others to engage and create a homestead environment.
Open to ideas and suggestions. I am easy to work with.

What's your water situation? Living in a semi-arid environment, what I have mostly learned is live in your context. Instead of a traditional disney forest, I am embracing cactus, pinyon pine, and yucca. They produce more than you think.

Wondering why no one responds.
I do need help and community (and I'm in a wheelchair) but it could be a good situation for all involved.
So many people out there who I know are seeking the same as me. I lived many years in Hawaii with a somewhat sustainable focused life, and seeking to create as such in southern arizona with folks such as me.

We've gotta get close enough to that helmet to pull the choke on it's engine and flood his mind! Or, we could just read this tiny ad:
the permaculture bootcamp in winter (plus half-assed holidays)
