To become a PDC lead instructor you will need :


At least 10 Years of experience with permaculture or other ecological disciplines.
Capacity to motivate and lead a diverse student body, creating a collaborative and nurturing learning atmosphere
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey intricate permaculture concepts effectively and engage students
Manage some administration tasks to keep the courses smooth


As a Lead Instructor with Permaculture Education you will:


Get more visibility for your offerings and projects through the new Global Permaculture Professionals Directory.
Get curated research material to keep your knowledge up-to-date
Get up to 35k USD salary (based on the sales commission)
