This setup is an interesting idea, if nothing else. Looks like it would have a lot of blade area to work with. Maybe use two fins on the sides to direct wind from sides onto the back blades as they come down?

Anyway, at least it's something different to look at and consider.
 
What I don't understand is how they changed the earth's orbit to fit the metric calendar. Tiny ad:
