Urban areas are increasingly nature-depleted, leading to poor air quality and a disconnection from nature and community. Whilst many people are sceptical of taking to the streets to rewild their cities with flowers and grow food, this is one of the most effecive ways to regreen our streets, without waiting for councils to take action!

Earthed (an online nature education charity) is launching "The Guerilla Gardening Challenge" this week. It is free, and takes students to turn a corner of their neighbourhood from grey to green in 28-days!

By rewilding urban spaces, participants will not only enhance their neighbourhoods but also foster a sense of community and environmental stewardship. Sign up here: https://lp.earthed.co/guerrilla-gardening-challenge
