38/M Looking To Create a Family and/or Community

Hello,

I'm a 38 male from Texas, currently living in Southeast Iowa. Physically I'm 6'4 and in healthy active shape.

I'm a crunchy country boy who loves gardening, permaculture, kayaking, camping, hiking, travel, cooking, fixing & building things and the list goes on and on.

I'm a work from home software developer and a single father to a 13 year old girl that I have primary custody of.

I'm currently in the process of finding and buying land and looking for someone to share it with.

I've been a bit nomadic recently, living in a tent in Colorado for a month, Mexico for 55 days, and now Iowa. I'm really open to settling down almost anywhere that seems right.

I have 40 acres in East Texas that I am interested in sharing with motivated and deserving folks. The long range goal will be a homestead collaborative with no more than 4 other individuals/families. Ideally 2 others and guest workers as needed.
