Late Summer/Winter planting is happening.
Anyone interested in trading seeds that we're grown in our region?

They'll very likely handle hot longer and cool readily.

HAVE: (as of 8-6-13)

Red Russian Kale (by the thousands)
Kallards (plant to plant cross of collards and kale, it goes to flower in hot areas for bee food)
Buckwheat
Japanese red giant mustard
Pak choi
Asian culinary greens (mizuna, tat soi and others)

WANT: (as of 8-6-13)

In prep for late summer/fall/winter planting, I'm looking for:

Arugula (Apollo)
Rutabaga
Pea Varieties (Alaskan, Blue Podded)
Beets ( Albino, Bulls Blood, Chioggia, Early Blood Turnip)
Carrots ( Danvers, Dragon, Jaune du Dourbs, Paris Market)
Collards (Ga Southern, Vates)
Kohlrabi (Purple Vienna, White Vienna)
Herbs (Chives, Cilantro, Parsley(Giant from Italy)
Lettuce ( Amish Deer Tongue, Baby Oakleaf, Lolla Rossa, Baquieu, Forellenschuluss, Granpa Admires, Rouge D'Hiver, Winter Density, Yugoslavian Red Butterhead)
Radish (China Rose, French Breakfast, Plum Purple, Watermelon, White Icicle)
Spinach (Bloomsdale)
Swiss Chard (Rhubarb Red, Red, or Bright Lights)
Turnip (Purple White-Top Globe)
Heirloom Garlic and Onion Varieties
Endive (Tres Fine Maraichere)

Let's get this train rollin' !

Peace to all -
