The best time to plant is in early spring or fall when temperatures are mild—ideally between 15-24°C (59-75°F). In warmer climates, a bit of afternoon shade can help prevent bolting. With consistent care, you can enjoy fresh leaves within 3-4 weeks, and the plant will keep regrowing after each cut.
