I've spent a lot of time out at Country Plans over the years. Not only is there a LOT of great information about building stuff, but it has a massive thread on Glenn Kangiser's Oehler structure.

I still pop out there once in a while to visit in their forums.

I wanted to create this thread to make sure folks are aware of a great resource and a group of nice folks.

you say "tin pot dictator" like it is a bad thing!

i browse the site from time to time to keep up to date on the latest owner builder projects. most are building without a mortgage, which is of huge interest to me.

great resource and helpful folks.
