Yoga of Contrasts

https://rumble.com/v6rdqw4-yoga-of-contrasts.html

Finding the right balance in mid point
of light and shadow, but also on the inner,
withing one's body and mind to be at harmony
and flow with the universe just as it is.

Stoic Yoga of finding the middle of perfect balance might not be easy in our busy life of making money and overall hustle of daily interactions, but here I’ve made good use of the last sunny days of last November to capture few serene moments of contemplative movements as I was going from one postilion to another, as we go through the proper practice many thoughts can be going through our heads and it is possible to loose the physical balance out of uninvited chatter within… thoughts happen and they often arrive at the point of stillness even in more capacity, rushing towards us like current of a river quietly perusing its course in accordance to its nature.
