Searching for like minded people to move off grid in Chile!

Newbie here))
First of all I would say thanks for letting me join this owsome community/group. Before I started writing this,I read a lot and of course mostly about South America as I really want to move there. In particular Patagonia.
Did lots of research,reading,talking to people who was there,and started making plans to move. Preparation includes getting to know closer laws,culture,geography,political a geopolitical situation,weather and so on.
Little bit about myself. Name is Sam, from Europe. 47 years old. Been long in military,than worked in private sector throughout Europe. Can pretty much lots of handy stuff,electricity,water supply,building houses, utilities landscaping,can drive pretty much anything with wheels. Can hunt,grow crops,vegetables. Anything with farming animals.(lived on farm until I went to academy,and in summer time every year was helping when I could while I was studying).
This year I will be taking trip to Chile,for a reconnaissance and search for a quite nice place to buy property. It would however be much easier and more interesting if anyone else was interested to make some kind of association/comunity. Together we could buy better piece of land and as well anything else that will be needed.
Can be anyone from any part of works,as long as he/she/they are peaceful and useful for community.
