Spanish farmer(40) looking for work partner.

HI  I'm a farmer that focus on vegetables,berries and fruit trees. I use agroforestry techniques on 4 hectáreas,unfortunately I work alone and the amount of work I have to develop is imposible.for.one person and is just extenuating my brain and body. Despite all I try to create a small.paradise with pounds, many fruit trees, and plants from many diferent places with same climate as here. I been doing that 5 years already. So my view is that I need a partner for work ,someone that is specially interested on trees and syntropic sistems. And all side projects that can be done with this main production.I do that for a living. I'm a single dad also and my main I treat is a working partner and of course I'm open on a romantic relation but as I say my priority is finding someone that find purpose on planting,pruning,reproducing plants,selling managing and creating new ideas.
