Good morning, I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I am a 37 y/o recently divorced woman looking for a place to "land." I currently live in Virginia but the gulf coast has always had my heart, my ancestors were FL pioneers and I think it is time to look into a permanent move. I do not have much to bring to the table financially, however I am extremely interested in keeping alive the old traditions of homesteading. The more rural the better, I do have a truck and a few belongings. I am physically very healthy and resilient. I am looking for something that could at least provide temporary housing, even if it is a tent, so I can get back on my feet. In turn, I am willing to work as many hours as needed to pull my weight. While I do not have a specific area of expertise, I grew up learning depression-era skills from my grandmother, and seem to have a gift with horses, although it has been a long time. I would absolutely love something working with animals, but am open to just about anything.

Stumbled on this.  Not sure how this works.  I'm in SW Louisiana.  What's best way to communicate.
