I am seeking to get some light blocking tree fell, so I can use the wood, as post, building fence, woodchip paths and turning into woodcore beds.
I will be planting far more tree then removing including tree for timber.

I would like to find a service that would come out with a portable mill and cut the trees and turn them into boards, posts, and wood chips.

I have a large pasture that I would like to make more productive in terms of biomass.

My main question is, How do I "google" for such a service.

as another question how do you guys handle this?

The best place to go to find people would be http://www.forestryforum.com/ - great people there, and lots of people who have their own mill and do exactly what you are saying. The membership is huge, so you should have no problem finding someone who can do it.

Thanks Fred, I am waiting for my account to be approved, Any idea what subform I should post under?
I was thinking, "Wanted" or "Job Opportunities"

Thanks.
