NJ small scale pastured poultry looking for business partner/helpers

My business partner who I was planning on starting a small scale pastured poultry operation with had to move. I have never done meat birds before but have had egg layers for years. I have the land but my business partner had all the meat bird experience. Anyone in Hunterdon County NJ feel like starting a new part time business venture? We were planning on doing this part time, starting small and hopefully growing as we have success. As of now I still plan on raising some broilers on pasture but if I can't get a business partner I will probably only do a few smaller batches to get the experience and use them to feed my family.
