Looking for Homestead in Virginia

After renting for several years we are looking for Home so we can put down roots! We are looking for land/a homestead/a fixer-upper farmhouse to buy in the Shenandoah Valley area of Virginia- Rockbridge, Botetourt, Alleghany or Augusta counties.
