"Constance Lynn teaches what she lives. From an early age she turned towards diet and holistic healing practices to stay healthy and to heal herself outside of the practices and pharmaceuticals of Western Medicine. She worked for 17 years in natural foods co-ops, started organic farming in 1991 and has been apprenticing to plants and their medicines ever since. She has been practicing yoga daily for 23 years, is certified in Interdisciplinary Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga and has been teaching classes and offering healing sessions since 2001.

Constance offers Holistic Health Consultation, which includes support with dietary guidance based on Ayurveda and Chinese medicine philosophies; herbal remedies; yoga; meditation; energy work and spiritual counseling. She lives in the wilds of Boulder UT with her partner Matt, 3 kitties, 2 chickens, bees and a beautiful garden. Her passion is to empower people with the awareness and tools to heal, and to live in alignment with all of nature. "
