Parking my Camper (New Jersey/Nearby)

Thanks for looking. I have a small camper and I want to park on Land. Ideally, there would be access to electricity. If not, I can get a generator. A place to shower would be a deal sealer. I can financially support my way some how, and am flexible about how that looks. I will honor the land. I'm a good person. My time is occupied in the arts. I'm hoping to be allowed guest.
