Hello!

Checking in on land acquisition-- wanting to create an experience where the land is paid off and gifted, placed into a trust, where it can be in perpetuity used as a nature/Steiner school, animal rescue/rehab, including biodynamic/permaculture farm...eventually hoping to have a food gifting system in place.

Here in Central Texas, it's so expensive, and buying it outright is costly.  We could fundraise, but I'm not sure we could even do that since we're off-grid in many ways--not wanting to be so public, etc.

This would require an endowment or gift.  Is there a place other than PEP/SKIP where connections can happen with folks who are looking to have their land preserved and maintained and not turned into a construction zone?

Gratitude for a discussion...TIA.
