Hi all,
Not sure if this is appropriate here or not but we are looking for farmers to rent a newly renovated, beautiful, sunny apartment with 1300 square feet, 2-3 bedrooms (depending on configuration), wood heat, an attached shed/breezeway and a very small barn/shed.  The building sits on 4.5 acres of currently unfarmed field with perfect southern exposure that we would love to be cultivated or turned over to pasture.  Lots of potential and opportunity here.  It's located right in the middle of a tiny town in very rural western Massachusetts (between Pittsfield/Northampton)  surrounded by farms and fields with an elementary school less than 2 miles away.  Renovations are 95% complete and will be ready by June or middle of May and include earth plastered walls and lumber produced by me.

If you are interested or know of anyone, please forward this along.  We are asking $1600 a month plus utilities.  We'll have pics soon.  As I said, this is preliminary.  We have a farm 3 miles away with numerous permaculture-based features and extensive orchards and nut/berry plantings and you would be neighbors with many like-minded people.  It's paradise!

Josh
