7-acre regenerative fruit farm/nursery with ~1,000 trees. Looking for a reliable full-time person for weed eating, zero-turn mowing, irrigation repair, and general farm work. No herbicides/pesticides used.
Pay: $15–18/hr DOE. Can be higher for certain skillsets
Housing: RV hookups (30/50A) or A/C trailer available
Amenities: Starlink, laundry, RO water, shared kitchen, workshop
Can teach: skid steer, grafting, composting, KNF, fertilizer making, making natural insect repellants
No drinking/drugs. Background check required. Families/RVs considered.
Location: South Miami-Dade / Redland area. Publix 2 miles, airport ~25 miles.
Please note it is hot and humid, lots of bugs in summer .
