Given the last misfortune of the batchrocket.eu server, I am wondering if there are more people who want to publish a (simple) website without having to think about having to secure.

That being said, there are quite a few inexpensive options
- wasmer.io 150GB bandwidth/month (free), 100k visits/month, otherwise $10/month for 1TB bandwidth
- static.app ($6/month for 500mb website size, unlimited bandwidth)
- static.run ($3/month for 5GB website, 50GB bandwidth),

I am going to use the batchrocket.eu site as an example:
total website size is 33MB. 94k visits total, assuming over 10 years and 1MB/visit that is 8GB bandwidth per month.
So it could be hosted for free at wasmer.io .

I am considering to add a small editor and upload capability to my server, which would then allow easy hosting of small websites if people need it.

Forget Steve. Look at this tiny ad:
