30M from Romania Eastern Europe - giving this a shot

Seems like a long-shot as most people here seem US-based, but here goes. I'm Vlad, from Romania Eastern Europe, I'm seeking someone with similar values and life goals to share life with, I'm planning to create a self-sufficient homestead and have begun that process around the pandemic, but have trouble finding like minded parteners, as most people would want something urban and easy.

What can I say about me, I'm a psychotherapist, I've invested a lot in my professional side, I'm calm and pretty funny, I like to joke around, usually I have a lot of energy and like to do stuff, last years have been hard finishing a masters working and also finishing something that aproximates a residency (don't know the english term), I feel slowly that it's the time to establish a family and I'm hoping to find someone that is seeking a similar slower paced, nature-filled life, that is feminine and warm, and wants to learn a thing or two about canning and sourdough . I don't have a lot of pictures of me with my "sleeves rolled up"  as there isn't really anyone to take those pics while I'm working, but I think you get the idea.
