I am brand new on this site, so please excuse me for mistakes.

I own free and clear approx 60 beautiful acres that I believe is ideal for a permaculture farm. I would like to work with someone who would like to own their own 10-15 acres and lease or joint venture the remaining land. Would like someone with experience in permaculture because do not have experience in farming but see the benefit of leaving a sustainable farm for future decades. I want to sell 10-15 acres of the land to qualified permaculture individuals and work a long term lease/joint venture on the balance. The 10-15 acres has a creek in front that elevates to a high and dry apply orchard and pasture. The 40+ acres has about 20 acres of woods and the balance in pasture, all the land is septic approved, great water available in area, road driveway is already built with underground electric, telephone and DSL installed. Located just minutes 15-20 minutes to all the attractions of shopping, entertainment in Erie, Pa. , just two miles from Seneca Schools and just 15-20 minutes from Findley Lake and PeeknPeek Ski Resort. Web site www.senecacountryland.com has info and pictures and if you go to the site, click on Seneca Farms a link to aerial/survey show the two lots available Lot 5 and Lot 9 approx 60 acres. Lots 1,2,6 about 66 acres are sold.

The selling price of 10-15 acres is $45,000. 10+ acres with 100% mineral rights 0r 15+ acres with 50% mineral rights. Lease available on balance of 40 acres.

Bananas grow on a stalk like grain. And in bunches like grain. This tiny ad says "grain"
