We have about 50 acres of land with lake Mountain farming land forest and lots of beauty outside a small village in Central Portugal. We also have a small yurt company. We are open to long-term residents who would like to live a simple life in connection with nature being self sustainable, peaceful. our long-term goals also include teaching nonviolent communication as well as anything that invites people to live and harmony with nature.
Our goal is to develop long-term partnerships, where people can build a home on the land and take ownership of this project with us.

Hello Asia,

We are potentially interested in this project.
We also live in Central Portugal (near Pedrogao Grande) and have our own land and homestead here.

We have lots of permaculture related skills and experiences, construction, landscaping, food-forest, animals, etc.

We are looking to contribute to and potentially become part of a community (all age groups) where each member/couple/family has autonomy (has their own piece of land with a home, privacy, etc)

We would like to know more about your project, such as:
- where exactly are you located?
- community organization (sociocracy? circles?)
- does your community have a spiritual component, and if so, what type(s) of spiritual practice(s) or belief system(s)?
- when people build their own home on your land, do they actually then also own that part of the land, or are you open to considering that?

Looking forward to your response!
