I should have done this last week but oh well.

We are in Missoula now, Sunday Sept 1st.

If anyone has any info that may be helpful for our visit pleaselet me know. We are scouting for farm/homestead land. There will be businesses on the property. So things like water rights, zoning and restrictions are important. Also if you know of anything groovy to see or do please sound off. It is VACATION after all

Our Itinerary is:
Sun... Missoula
Mon... Coeur D Alene
Tues... Upto Sandpoint, down 200 and up to Kalispell.
Wed... Kalispell
Thu... Hamilton
Fri... Hamilton
Sat... Boxeman
Sun... Back to Williston ND Boooo!

Thanks Guys!

David,

Check out www.bitterrootland.com

It is owned by Lee Foss, and he is a hell of a realtor. Specializing in Famr / Ranch land, he helped us secure our dream property in Hamilton, MT. He has also helped out a few other Permies to acquire their dream spot. I am tied up Thursday, but if your schedule holds true, plan to stop by the farm Friday when in Hamilton. I'll give you a quick tour, discuss your ideal property and see how we might be able to assist.

All the best,

Tim

Matt,

Price is all relative. I have seen acreage in western MT from $1000 per acre to upwards of $20K per. Good thing is Permies can take the 'junk' and turn into a 'treasure'.
