In preparation for the dry winter months ahead in MN I made some buckskin mittens. The pattern I used is from Lureofthenorth.com

Hi Matt. I did tan the hide. It's braintan buckskin. If you're interested in tanning that way check out Deerskins to Buckskins by Matt Richards.
