Looking for problem solvers and permie Wwoofers in San Luis Obispo California

I have a 2.5 acre lot in a central California desert an hour east of San Luis Obispo and an hour west of Bakersfield. I have come up with a design to help farm food and I would likr to put my idea to the test. I am hoping to find Wwoofers whom would like to help. I can not pay as I am low on funds but, I would provide you with a place to stay. it is a harsh climate I am told and temps have reached 104 degrees in the summer and it is said a frost hits in winter.

I have water at about 12-14 feet under a heavy calcium layer.
