Looks like we share the same dream, nice to hear. Ya I live in San Diego, but have a piece of
land in Ramona which I am slowly turning into an ecological design demonstration and education site, as well as a place that can provide food for me and plus some. The main project I am working on is designing and building a type ferrocement water tank. I am making them to
sell and set up for people at their homes, hopefully also with drought-tolerant edible landscape and other water conservation measures like soil building, etc. I want people to have attractive (I can make the tanks have nice patterns, tiles, mosaics, etc.) water tanks that they want to show off to people instead of hiding their crappy plastic tanks. These tanks can last 100 years when build right. I working on my website, it's called Permasystems. If you send me your email I will let you know when the website is launched. Also, totally feel free to check out what I'm doing next time you visit your parents here. My email is
