I'm finding that, ideally they are to be stored in dry, 45-55 degree Fahrenheit space. We currently rent so a cold box cut into the wall is not an option. Has anyone thought of any interesting means of keeping potatoes, in a conventional style home? I'm wondering if there is a way to offset the low temperature in the fridge. Meaning, store them in there, but inside a simple/weak insulator to keep their internal temp in the desired range.
