Hello

This 7 day course explores concepts of ecological design applied specifically to the productive garden. We explain our process for designing ecosystems that include a bounty of nourishing foods, beautiful spaces and enriched bio-diversity.

The course balances theory with hands on practical activity, design exercises and hikes into the beautiful surrounding countryside of the Central Balkan mountain range.

Throughout the course you'll be learning how to create and design, and we encourage our guests to bring their own garden plans or future projects into the course.
.
This course is perfect for anyone wishing to begin a new project or wanting to get started in ecological design and what we cover during the course can be easily applied to existing gardens.

Its like a relaxation/retreat holiday where you learn to grow food, and meet loads of great people
