i have 240 acres 12 mins from Grafton NSW Australia. Its really pretty productive land which I want to see develop into a multi-facedted permaculture based enterprise.
However i live overseas most of the time and therefore can't manage it myself. I'm looking for the right kind of person / people to move onto the property, (there's a caravan and a small house I'm building now). I'm offering free rent and a share of the productivity of the property. No financial input is required. We will decide together how to manage the property, and yes there will be scope for you to develop your own interests.
