Hi!

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with "work shifting"?

Like, I help Arnold hauling some heavy timbers for five hours, and he helps me with something else for six hours.
Now I owe him one hour for future use?

I don't know what the real term might be, English is not my native language.
Hell, i don't even know what it might be called in Swedish.

/Peter

It sounds like a more casual version of Time Banking. I don't have a lot of experience with Time Banks, though there is one in my area, it isn't that active, and my life lately has been too crazy to get involved. I love the idea though!
