I wonder if a boarding house would fit in with the operations at wheaton laboratories?

It has the advantages of many people under one roof but with clear expectations ie you pay me and I will provide a bed, 3 meals, clean your room once a week etc. It is someone's business so they take responsibility for it.

It could suit gappers, ants, visitors, students and, if you let them in, tourists as customers

Food could be bought from those with surpluses. Other inputs could be bought from those who have them eg wood for heating & cooking.

Maybe it could be combined with a bath house (think Japanese bathhouse or simple old west) and laundry service

The infrastructure required for this is considerable but it would add substantially to the ease of running wheaton lab.
