Feel free to combine this with the original thread on Ceramic tile roofs-I just wanted to be sure everybody saw this.
Here is a great place to get lots of info on ceramic tile roofs-free pdf's, including an instalation manual.

its a tile manufacturer-you can email them with questions too-but you might not want to say you plan on making your own tile. I doubt they would answer. lol.
