No-till Diane person (Helen Atthowe!)

I've been trying to find the link to that wonderful video on You Tube of that person (called Diane??) who does no-till, especially for her peppers but my memory is failing me and I can't find it.  Please can someone help me? ops:

I recently made next years veggie beds the same as the video above & started putting a deer proof fence / blackberry & raspberry hedgerows around it.

One of the beds was already planted with cabbage, onions (3 kinds), daikon, turnips, beets, bok choy and flax.

I get the impression that many permaculture areas get ample rainfall through the year.

Here there is an average rainfall of 14 inches per year, which comes in just a few months in the winters.

I certainly do.. here is my area's stats.

Jan Temp 36 to 53 F
Apr Temp 40 to 59 F
Jul Temp 50 to 71 F
Oct Temp 42 to 66 F

Annual Precip 55.5 inches
