Nevada San Martin- A Permaculture Campus for the Future

My name’s Dillon Nitopi and I wanted to reach out and introduce our project, Nevada San Martin and myself.

In short, Nevada San Martin is to become a beyond sustainable permaculture campus, eco village, and natural reserve in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains of Northern Colombia. We’ve been working extremely hard over the past two years establishing the core of our organization, determining our overall goals and ethos, and searching for and acquiring the land. After all this time and work, we just launched the project to the world and would be immensely grateful to have your support in sharing it with this active community!!!

Who currently owns the land ?

Hi Dale,

The land is owned by myself but will eventually be purchased by our organization, Nevada San Martin. All paperwork and registration is completed with the proper authorities in Colombia and the land is in good standing order.
