I want it all! California Coastal and desert WWOOFers wanted!

I have an acre on California's Central Coast and 2.5 an hour and a half inland in the California Valley Desert. I am looking for WWOOFers who are committed to food production. I have ideas and plans I want to accomplish and I need help.
I am looking for someone interested in growing sugar Cain and producing Rum!
Someone interested in growing the ingredients and brewing for beer mead and cider !!!
Root Beer
cacao
and several other specialty crops.
I offer weekdays in the desert and weekends on the coast for workers interested in building and operating off the grid facilities.

I would love to hear more from you about this project. Food production is my number one interest in regards to permaculture and your setup sounds like it could be very interesting. I also am great and have experience in creating an online presence for a business coupled with social media which could help you monetize some of your efforts after everything is in working order. where is your desert lot? Our family has land in Phelan that is sitting idle. I'm on the northern Cali coast so its hard for me to get down there. Interested to hear what you're up to at both sites.
