homeWORD presents a groundbreaking ceremony for its Solstice project, which runs from 4:30-6:30 at 1535 Liberty Lane, Missoula. Free.

Confront the root causes of climate change with creative conflict by heading to a weekly of Northern Rockies Rising Tide, an environmental/social justice o meeting rganization that meets every Thu. at 6 pm at Break Expresso, 432 N. Higgins, Missoula. Free.

The Jeannette Rankin Peace Center's annual Peace Party is Sunday, September 19, from 4:30-9pm at Caras Park in Missoula. $25 per person; 2 for $40; $50 for families/$15 for students. Admission is $5 less for JRPC members.

Mackenzie River Pizza Co. will be donating a portion of all sales on this coming Sunday to support Ravenwood programs!

Open Way Mindfulness Center is having an open house today (Saturday) from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.  Free chair massages onsite.

Open Way Mindfulness Center is a wonderful organization. I believe the activity they usually have on Sundays in a Reiki treatment. Its free but donations are appreciated. I highly recommend it.

I did go to Open Way Mindfulness center Saturday and they were having a holistic health fair.  Lots of information.  Open way has weekly classes on yoga and meditation and rents out space for events.
