My partner and I are looking to 'sell' our leasehold at a community land trust in rural northeast Missouri. There are two more communities within a few miles of the land trust. The farm has a house, barn, ponds, large gardens, fields, orchard and numerous other outbuildings. Much of the infrastructure work has been done but there is still room to develop this homestead into your dreams without having to put in the many years of development.
