Hey ya'll! My parents and I have a beautiful ranch near Ramona in San Diego County. We have a trailer/cabin that we are looking to get new tenants in. I would really love to get some permie type people living there as I am slowly turning the land into a permaculture education and demonstration site - currently building a cob house, food forest, etc.

The deal is this - you and a partner (we are looking for a couple people) work 2 8-hour days per week plus $100 a month for utilities. We need people to do ranch type stuff, gardening, house cleaning, organizing, drive my dad (he is 90 now), and you could maybe help me - I have a ferrocement water tank business that I run on the property.

You would have a TON of room to grow food, do whatever permie stuff your heart desires!

Check out this link for details and my email (you can also read about my business if you want):

Thanks for looking!
