I was curious if anyone has a share with a winter CSA? Do you have any details or thoughts about the value of it? I find that my food bill goes up and my diet seems to change in the winter to reflect the cold weather.
I tried doing a CSA while living in Salida, CO and I must say I was rather disappointed in what was given every week vs. the cost. I think it is a good idea, and with more info and knowing if the CSA provider was established at growing would be helpful.
