The city of Victoria has giant piles of leaf mulch to give away. I don't think there's any limit on how much you take. I moved a big truck load yesterday, and only found a few minor contaminants.

This is not the stuff gathered by street sweepers. It is gathered up by the vacuum trucks that clean up big piles from parks and other open spaces.

In half an hour, I was able to load all that my F-150 could hold. I could never produce this much material in a week.

Call your city yard, and see what is available in your area. Most residents of my city don't take advantage of this free resource. I suspect that most don't know that it's available.
