Shared common rooms include front 'parlor' room, dining room, and sun/hearth room with bay window, wood-burning fireplace, and musical instruments.
Plus kitchen of course. We have every kitchen appliance you'd likely want to use, save a vitamix.
Your room has two windows,a closet, ceiling fan, and comes lightly furnished if you'd like (bed, mirrors, dressers).
Shared bathroom with mosaic tile.
Back patio looks out to lush backyard planted containing a rain garden, berm/swale, hammock, fruit trees (cherry, peach, juneberry, aronia), horseradish, lavender, comfrey, sunchokes, flowers, and more.
The Humans:
Jake, 29, SWM, works on an urban farm and on a community food assessment. Originally from Dexter, MO.
Molly, 35, SWF, works on another urban farm and nonprofit. Originally from St. Louis, but an island girl at heart.
You! 25-45ish? Interested in sharing living space, growing and/or cooking amazing food, likes dogs (at least willing to live with one), is easy going, fun, and considerate of others  (i.e. cleans up after yourself, etc.)
The Deal: $400/month plus a share of utilities
The Location: right across the street from a beautiful sculpture park!
